OUR STORY

A window. A family. A recipe.

Pronto started as a ventanita on 29th Street — a single take-out window, an old wing fryer, and a Cuban sandwich recipe that hadn't left our family in three generations. We still make every plate to order. We still bake the bread the day we serve it. We still press every Cubano the long way. Some things you don't rush — even when your name means "fast."

I had seen this place all over social media and finally decided to try it and I am so glad I did. I ordered the pan con bistec and it was absolutely delicious. The owner was incredibly kind and made sure we were taken care of the entire time which really made the experience even better. You have to try their pan con bistec and the batido de mamey. Both were amazing. The atmosphere was great with plenty of seating and a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend.

Tried Pronto Cafe for the first time yesterday for lunch, ordered the pan con bistec—WOW!! The steak was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. One of the best I’ve had, hands down. I ordered again today for breakfast (that should tell you everything 😄) and ordered a simple egg sandwich. Even something so basic was done perfectly—fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious!! You can tell they care about the quality of their food no matter how simple or classic the order is. Everything tastes homemade and made with love. Highly recommend—whether you’re stopping in for breakfast or lunch, you won’t be disappointed!

They have the absolute best pan con bistec in Hialeah. Juicy well cooked steak with an incredible garlic sauce that I can put on anything. The staff is very responsive and respectful. The owner is attentive to all guests. The food was made with urgency and quickly but still properly made. Inside is very clean and smells great.
